Sorry I didn't reply around the time, I meant to take it back to your journal so you cuold see the reply easily but then life ate me alive.
-Did you post it on LJ before? If you did, I'm terribly sorry to have missed reading it. Yes, but you were very busy at the time and it was with fifthmus, I actually though you had read it before. Sorry if it came across as self-pimping. ^.^;
- The focus on the goban and on Sai and Torajirou is refreshing, and I like the dispassionate tone you have here. It suits the way you examine the de-humanising (?) effect of that much Go (and Sai) on Torajirou, and connects with the fact that Sai is a ghost and, er, not human.
Dispassionate is probably more me than a deliberate effect, but I wanted to make sure that Sai came across as otherworldly, not human and that this was bad for the people involved. I'm glad that it came across well.
-The details you weave into this fic are great; Sai in his own time, the jubango, the mention of the other pros. Brilliant. Yay the research paid off! Thank you.
Also, it's possible to get replies emailed back to you with an openID account on the lj based systems, even if you don't wish to sign up. OpenID involves logging in with your LJ address (confirming on LJs end) and then if you edit the account details - you can add icons and an email address if you want notification of replies.
