gaffes gifs! This community was created by

tetris, but posting access is available to everybody. The sole reason

gaffes exists is that I've noticed a huge influx of .gif-making in the roleplay community. Animated images have taken the place of rounded corners and grey borders. Where people once used simple, 2D photos for their profiles, they seem more inclined to want something that... well, moves. It adds yet another sense of realism to the whole roleplay game. And why not, right?

But it's difficult if you're not playing, say, Zac Efron or Angelina Jolie, to find appropriate gifs of your PB. You can be searching tumblr for hours, forking over every inch of the internet, without finding a single thing. This is where

gaffes aims to help. While we do encourage popular PBs, we also want to see the not-so-well-knowns as well! We want Pierce Brosnan, we want Paloma Faith, we want... well, everyone. Anyone. It doesn't matter! Post gifs! Take gifs! Hug kittens! And, most of all, tell your friends.
