Detective Conan #694-#698:

Conan and his friends managed to resolve case of missing Kyoto chocolate flavour sweets that were swapped on day of the late boss's anniversary by staff as the boss hated the flavour.

During a visit to wine field, the boss was found murdered. Conan investigated and uncovered culprit to be the wife.

Conan's classmates asked Kogoro to find out culprit of a vandalism for their plants. Next day, one of the workers was found murdered, Conan found culprit to be her co worker.

A friend of Ran and Sonoko asked Kogoro to investigate suicide of her sister and Conan discovered her boyfriend to be the culprit.

A man was found crushed under a UFO model. Conan and his classmates investigated and found it to be an accident when the man and his colleague tried to find some treasure in a lab.

Arata #09:

Arata lost control of his sword and almost turned demon until Hontori stopped him. Kannagi forced Arata to accept the truth and to take his training seriously.

Toriko #108:

Toriko succeeded in getting bubble fruit. Meanwhile, the temple was under attack. Komatsu's ex friend turned out to have joined the evil force. He suddenly stabbed Komatsu.

Naruto - Road to Ninja movie:

Naruto was upset when people around him had parents to support them and he was alone. He nagged at Iruka and snapped when he received memma in his ramen instead of naruto fishcake. That night, during his discussion with Sakura who was pissed with her parents, both of them were teleported to an alternate world by Tobi. In that world, everyone's character changed and Sasuke was there. Instead of Minato, Sakura's father was the 4th and her parents were dead in that world. Naruto had a difficult time accepting his parents. After Kushina got injured protecting Naruto in a mission, Naruto finally accepted them. Tobi worked with a mysterious masked man to get a scroll that Minato had acquired during the latest mission. The mysterious masked man attacked Konoha and kidnapped Sakura to force Naruto to pass him the scroll. Minato forbidded Naruto to rescue Sakura so as to protect him but Naruto stated his own parents were heroes who died protecting the village. He left to fight the masked man who turned out to be Naruto from that world named Memma. With Akatsuki's help, Naruto saved Sakura and defeated Memma but Tobi possessed Memma and got Naruto semi unconscious, forgetting who he was. Sakura protected him from being captured in time but almost fell of the cliff. Naruto saved her and defeated Tobi. Kushina and Minato arrived to help. Memma turned back to his real appearance. Naruto and Sakura returned to their real world. Back home, Sakura hugged her parents. Naruto returned home to find Iruka waiting for him and celebrating his birthday with him. Naruto wept.

One Piece #599:

Luffy and others were captured and locked in cage. The new person who caught Law turned out to be a former Marine admiral but had been a spy working for Joker in the first place. Flashback of he involved in covering evidence of children kidnapped by Caser Clown. Back to present, Nami and Ussop were shocked to see Casear Clown appearing and to take the children away. Meanwhile, Sanji and others were making their way towards the lab.

Shingeki no Kyojin #10:

Eren bought time using his summoned Kyojin skeleton to discuss strategy with Armin and Mikasa. He entrusted Armin to convince the Garrison commander that he was not a threat to mankind. When the commander was too scared to think and about to fire canon at them, the chief commander - Pixie stopped him. Pixie had a talk with Armin and Eren to come up with plan to use Eren's Kyojin form to stopper the hole on wall of Trost outer city.

Arata Kangatari #08:

Arata and others entered the water territory. Meanwhile the 6 masked Sho summoned for Arata's Tokyo world friend who bore great hatred for Arata so that he could control Orochi that could defeat Arata.

Toriko #107:

Toriko went on bubble way and was exhausted from wearliness and lack of food and water. Meanwhile, Chiyo granny led the Bishokukai to the temple.

Natsume Yuujinchou #09:

Natsume bought a painting that had a late human's image in it. A sakura youkai followed him as she was a good friend of the human. After painting sakura petals to the painting, the human's wish was granted and the youkai left.

I really this idea. A prompt fest for meta. Given how much I failed during month_of_meta, I'm excited at the chance to actually contribute. Unfortunately for me, at the moment it's very The Vampire Diaries heavy. There was one White Collar prompt! I responded.

Shingeki no Kyojin #09:

While the elite recon team set off to eliminate kyojin, some senior soldiers were wary of Eren who woke from his regain of human form after his rampage in his kyojin form. When they shot canon at him, Armin and Mikasa who wanted to protect Eren, Eren was forced to turn partial kyojin to protect all three of them.

One Piece #598:

Sanji leaped into the water to retrieve the samurai's torso and succeeded. Completed his full body, the samurai demonstrated his fire swordsart and cut a path through the slimy monster for all of them.

I had this idea that I might post one of these a week for a while. Then these just fell out of my head. The rules again:
