Holidays mean no Witch Weekly, at least from us, but there was a very critical piece of gossip about our own Roger Davies.

Chaser, lothario, criminal? Pride of Portree's ROGER DAVIES was spotted escorting a muggle around Diagon Alley this week. Sources say the woman was a girlfriend but we all know Davies can't get serious enough about any woman to excuse his behaviour. There's no question he violated the Statute of Secrecy - the question we have is, "Did he do it to make a statement?" We haven't seen any new muggles in Diagon Alley since OSTENDO took orphans on an ill-advised shopping spree. Is Davies a member of the secret anti-Secrecy group or is he just a thoughtless idiot? Our vote's for "criminal." No former Ravenclaw can be that stupid.

The idea that we'd care about anyone's politics, even our own, is so absurd that it belongs to another universe entirely. Sadly, it wasn't even one of the interesting universes. If we're going to write about a different universe altogether, we're going to pick one where people live up to their attractiveness potential, where nobody has a boring job and, if we're going to be so concerned with muggles, we're going to be concerned with the best idea they've ever had - royalty.

While the 4 March issues of Witch Weekly that went out by owl to subscribers was the ordinary issue of Witch Weekly that everyone expected, all copies of the magazine at news-stands and other retailers were switched out for the version you can see here.

You can also fill out one of our surveys for your character or for an OC relative, friend or co-worker on that page, and we'd be very appreciative if you did that. Next week, we're going to do an Alternate Universe issue of Witch Weekly. Please send us pictures of your PB doing something out of character (Not OOC for your PB, necessarily. For example, Josh Groban is a singer so obviously a picture of him playing a piano and singing for a large crowd is perfectly normal for him. It is, however, completely unheard of for Anthony Goldstein.) Pictures of your PB with the PB of other characters are also welcome. (For example, I know there's a picture of Pansy and Mandy looking very friendly and wearing white, like they're at their wedding.) If your PB never does anything interesting, you can just write an AU scenario for them that you'd like us to talk about.
