I just had a vision-dump. Tons of unrelated shit that doesn't even make sense.

I saw everything from a wedding, to a monster fighting a robot, to someone who's hair kept changing colors.

One week from now, you're gonna be expected to be all romantic and crap, and drop whatever cashola you have on your partner.

But that is then.

THIS IS NOW.

C'mon down to Sin & Quinn's Super Mega Pop Culture Emporium and take advantage of our Pre-Valentine's Day "Selfish AF Sale", and get yourself lots of stuff. We got novelty lunchboxes from all eras between $5 and $15. We got CDs and blu-rays as low as $7. We got t-shirts as low as $10. We got keychains, wallets, and pins as low as $3. We got Quinn Hanson walking around looking like a treat in these tight jeans I got her for Christmas.

In other words, we got lots of totally cool things to stop by and give us your money for. Just, you know, not Quinn. She's not for sale.

Waking up after being shot, to doctors telling you you're on another planet, in another reality might not be the best way to find this all out. Took hours of talking to a a few people in the hospital to finally convince me this wasn't some kind of trauma.

Anyway.

Guess I need to roll with this, same way I do with every other crazy thing in my life. I'm Lt. Eric Martel, LAPD. Or, I was. I guess. Not sure what I have to do to remain in law enforcement here.

Sometimes you have to step back and appreciate the little things.

Like the look on the face of a kid used to the NES when you show him the Switch for the first time.

The assumption: People constantly saying "Oh, you're a porn star, you must live a decadent, insane lifestyle..."

The reality: I spent last weekend arguing with a pissy 15 year old over the fairness of having a Tarrasque guarding the treasure he kept hunting for in our D&D session. (In my defense, I warned him four times that the damn thing was a trap. Not my fault he chose not to believe me)
