Well, our little girl will be celebrating her first 4th of July. Complete with the works of a BBQ (I just hope that the food I eat when I breastfeed her doesn't give her an upset stomach) and ending it with fireworks. I am absolutely in love with this little girl.

Okay, gang. Fourth of July at the club. May I have volunteers to do the grilling and also volunteers to do the fireworks? We should celebrate being well and as happy as some of us can be.

I also want to propose putting a bench for the people we've lost in Marvel Park. What do you guys think?

How can Hope already be 1 month old? This past month has been stressful but rewarding at the same time. Her little coos are just too adorable. Although she keeps me up late at night and is up at the crack of dawn, this mama consistently needs coffee. But, she is looking more and more like Killian everyday.

I know I haven't made too many friends here yet, but anyone feel like doing anything?

I'm feeling so energetic right now, I'm dying to do something!

Between everything going on with Emma, and just getting used to how different things are here, I kinda flaked out in terms of bothering to get to know many of you, especially the newer folks.

In my defense, I meant to. But the minute I look at Snow, pretty much everything else melts away.

Sorry, this is a late post but that is just because I have been tending to motherhood. 3 days ago after lots of hours of prepping and pushing, Killian and I have welcomed our daughter. I would like to introduce you to Hope Margaret Swan-Jones. There have been lots of snuggles and so happy we got to come home yesterday.

Okay....that is definitely not indigestion I am having. Luckily though, they are quite far apart from each other so there is no need to worry. I just hope that this little one will wait a couple more days since that is the due date.

I think I'm going to go back to teaching next year.
