I'm so happy to see Meredith Delany evolve the way she has. She's been my ride or die bestie since high school, and she's just turned into such a smart, compassionate, good person, it just brings a tear to my eye.

As much as I wish I was back home a lot of times, this makes it worth everything.

Does it make me completely irresponsible to use the small stipend we're given here to go out drinking?

I know I don't have any real money or a job yet, but I'm SO bored. I just wanna go out, see new places, enjoy myself... I suck at adulting.

I admit, I'm not super-smart, or really very talented at much. But I have worked as a waitress and as a secretary before.

I can't promise a lot, but I'm very dependable and always give 100%.

This nice girl named Dany appeared here at the same time as me, and tried to tell me to calm down, to let it all sink in, and I'd feel better.

Nope. NOPE. So much freakin' nope it's not even funny.

I'm still spazzing out and flailing and trying not to hyperventilate.

This is at once the coolest, scariest, and most unbelievable thing that's ever happened to me. And considering I've lived through my best friend becoming a vampire then being turned back into a human? That's saying a lot.
