He had this book when I was little, and I loved it. It was about love, or hearts, or something... well, that might have been in the title. It was a picture book, with these awesome evocative illustrations done in pastels or oils or something like that, it was all color, and beautifully done. And I think it was about a man and a woman learning to love each other again, or learning to love in general again, and loving each other more in the process.
There was a heart on the cover, all blended, horizontal lines of color.
I swear I saw this book at the BYU bookstore a few years ago, when I was still a student. I wish I could just remember the name. Or anything more helpful than this. (Was there something in there like "and in the tree there was a bird, and on the bird there was a feather, and on the feather there was LOVE"? Or am I making that up? Something showing how everything connects, love and life is cyclical, SOMETHING.)
I'm posting this mainly so I don't forget by morning, but hey, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, that's great too!
