I'm going to make this quick and simple! I need him black (African American and other PC terms applied! Just don't want to limit this to Americans or anything), teenager, and with dreads. Please please please help? The combination of the three is sadly the only way I can do it.

Not Brandon Jay McLaren. He's too old unfortunately.

Not dreads exactly but Victor Rasuk circa Lords of Dogtown maybe?

[info]wrigley has this dude and this one. Searching [info]pb_updates for Lee Jordans comes up with this and, I think most promisingly, this. Of course, they may all be too old...
