A long shot, perhaps but I'm looking for a 27 year-old character who fits this description:

"Appearance: Leto is not a large man in bulk but remains lithe in appearance due to the sheer physical nature of his work. He has strong hands, coarse and muscled from heavy labor, that have extensive scarring. He is not proud of his hands- to him, they represent his fall from intellectual work to the physical, a failure that he can’t find it in himself to forgive or accept. If given the choice, he would return to the body that he inhabited at the war’s beginning, slender but not strong, unmarked and unscarred. The only scar that he wanted was the Mark and that was denied him, not through the Dark Lord but through his own intellectual understanding that it did not befit him to take it for a cause that was failing. He was never meant to look like a bruiser, and as a result, still doesn’t entirely look tough despite a strong build."
