I'm looking for a 7th year, the son of Myron Wagtail of the Weird Sisters.

He can be any skin/hair/eye color, I just need him to be a bit mad looking. I'm leaning towards Noel Fielding but he may be a bit too old for an 18-year-old. Suggestions?

Noel is 35, actually, as amazing as he is.

Courtney Gains is mad-looking, but I'm not sure if it's the mad you're going for.

Ryan Hansen, Richard Fleeshman, Johnny Whitworth, Ethan Embry ala Empire Records...?
