This guy is a nobleman, he's rich and very foofy. His personality is very foppish and think if he were a much younger Horace Slughorn for his personality. He compliments often, only wishes to be in love with princesses lol.
I can't describe his behaviour, just watch it for yourself to get an idea!

I need a PB for Lockon Stratos from Gundam 00-- the Neil version, which means if you can find me a playful-looking twentiesish guy with an angular face, blue eyes, shoulder-length wavy brown hair, and an eyepatch over his right eye, I will hand you the Internet.
I'm pretty sure the eyepatch is too much to hope for, though, so just take the images/descriptions of him off his Wikipedia page for reference, and this for good measure.
So far the only candidate I've been able to scrounge who stands a chance is Teddy Geiger, but something about him just doesn't sit well with me; I think the problem is he looks too innocent for Neil. Playful tendencies aside, the character is a sniper. He shoots people. A lot. Ideally some of that should come across in his expression and posture even when he's doing something unrelated. If I had to condense that into a single descriptive word, I'd say he should look badass, at least some of the time.
Deal-breakers for me that caused me to reject candidates during my search include wrong hair (too curly, too straight, too short, too long-- the closer to that wavy shoulder-length look, the better), wrong eyes (I don't mind green or even a light brown if it's not obvious in the icons, but the character's eyes are blue and should be able to pass as such), and wrong facial structure (a giant hawk-nose is a no-go, sorry Gaspard Ulliel.)

Hello, loves. I was hoping for a little direction in choosing a PB for an original character.
Key characteristics:
- Female
- College-age (18-22)
- Activist
- Attractive (cuter than hot)
- Outspoken
- Intelligent
- Somewhat socially (particularly, romantically) awkward
I hope that wasn't too vague, and any suggestions would mean a lot. <3
