I am not so insane as to demand, say, his hair. But he should be comparable at least? :(
EDIT: A friend found a HOLY CRAP AMAZING match for me! Ernie Reyes Sr. in the movie Surf Ninjas. No, really. The match is amazing (okay, so I had to flip the eye patch, so what 8)). Thank you so much for your help in the meanwhile, guys!

If I was Delirium, from Sandman, and wanted to look like my younger self...fifteen through seventeen..who would I look like?

Might help if I said what she's supposed to look like!
She is usually quite short, and thin, and looks no older than a fourteen year-old human girl. One of her eyes is blue, and the other is green. Her hair changes style and color constantly, as do her clothes.
So, essentially, a kind of weird/quasi-punky looking teen? But spacy looking?
