I would love to find a writing partner that will sit down and create a fantasy world with me in which we can play. Races, history, landscape, magic, and everything will be decided and built upon. Needless to say I am looking for a creative partner that doesn't mind me photoshopping a map together and making a Pinterest page that involves all the things I think could stand in for visuals for the world.
I would love for the writing partner to be comfortable creating and controlling NPCs to make the line a truly rich experience.

PROJECT X34
The United States government has requisitioned a team of top scientists from across the country to work in secret on a classified experiment now known as Project X34. The goal of the experiment is to figure out how to genetically modify humans in a permanent fashion, keep the subjects from perishing due to modification complications, and to fully test the functionality of each modification using different scenarios in hopes that they will be able to implement the procedures into specifically chosen, small, squadrons in each branch of the military. The general public has no knowledge of this experiment nor will they in the future. Subjects are chosen at random and just seem to disappear off the face of the Earth, never knowing exactly why they have been chosen for such a project. To prevent subjects from going rogue, and to keep an eye on the status of each subject through each scenario, each group is placed into a large-scale dome-shaped area that is inescapable complete with twenty-four hour continuous surveillance by cameras that are unable to be discovered.
The first six experiments of this nature have failed; seventy percent of test subjects in each dome expired due to effects of their mutation, twenty percent due to scenario testing, and the other ten percent were properly disposed of by those running the project. This is their seventh and final try before the project is restaffed and the scientists themselves are disposed of to prevent information leaks. They have tweaked their formulas and testing procedures and have decided that by focusing on smaller numbers there was a chance of a much higher survival rate, though they do not expect all subjects to last for the duration. Sixteen people have been selected from various locations though it is unclear to participants if there is a link they all share or if they were chosen by sheer chance and misfortune. Some were kidnapped off the street; some came from places where they were being held against their will.

Following the Second War, Diagon Alley was dismal and deserted. The once lively neighborhood now housed abandoned storefronts and homes, with only a smattering of the former businesses remaining. The Ministry of Magic decided to turn their attention to rebuilding Diagon with the hope that it would breathe new life into the recovering magical population. The cobblestone streets were mended and buildings were sold at auctions. Knockturn Alley was cleared out of any dark magic and replaced with a young, vibrant crowd of artists and craftsmen. The residential alleys were revamped with new homes and bright, cheerful grocers and cafes. A theater was built next to Gringotts and new restaurants, boutiques and pubs came in, giving Diagon a second life.
The crowning gem in Diagon was a project that took a full year to complete. Fifty-four Diagon Alley is a ten story residential building. The first floor holds a booming pub and gourmet green grocer. The second floor holds a suite of offices, upscale clothing store, and a fitness center complete with a luxury spa. The building itself holds 100 apartments ranging in both size and price. The flats are customizable… for a price. And to top it all off, 54 Diagon Alley has a covered rooftop garden charmed to be a perfect summer day all year round along with a pool, two hot tubs and live entertainment offered on the weekends.
The residents of 54 Diagon Alley are diverse, but one thing is for certain. Everyone who lives and works at 54 Diagon Alley is looking for a fresh start and new, happy life. Come and speak to the leasing agent and welcome home.

The Templars, despising this new faction and the image they portrayed to the public, set out to stop the extremist group at all costs and protect the secrets kept by the supernatural. However, the extremists of Ordo were all to eager to show the world these supernatural monsters. Worldwide, vampires were forced to register with their governments or risk being hunted, legally.

It’s been twenty-five years since the end of the Second Wizarding War, and the wizarding world has been drastically changed. After the previously disowned Princess Andromeda ascended the Black Throne in 1998, she led the wizarding world through a reconstruction era that was widely considered an unpopular reign that promised change but didn’t deliver it quickly enough. In 2022, Queen Andromeda passed away quietly in her sleep and her grandson, Prince Teddy, became King Edward II.
Unbeknownst to the reigning royals, restless purists have gotten together to form a secretive movement devoted to putting Narcissa Malfoy on the throne instead. These shadowy radicals call their plan Salazar’s Purge, and have begun inducting their children into the movement as Knights in the exclusive Order of Salazar. But, for those children and others, the most radical move that King Edward II and Queen Victoire have made in the last year was shutting the doors of Merlin Wizarding Academy — the private wizarding school whose student body was solely composed of the children of royalty and nobility.
Beginning in the 2023 - 2024 school year, for the first time in history, nobles, royalty, and commoners will be attending a single school, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, to encourage integration and reduce elitism. It seemed like a good idea at the time...

There's been a shift in the City!
More like: there's been a shift in a couple of rules and player-based things. We've restructured a bit and are trying to format the game to be more like a GPSL in feeling, while having more of the coherency and mod-involvement of a game. We want WC to be a sound place with rules that keep others from dropping logs or causing drama.
We've also altered some other things.
1. We are no longer requiring the propitiatory journal names. If you want to use the i_ journals because you already have one, or you like it, it's welcome. But it's no longer necessary.
2. Our posting requirements have been changed to give more leeway. Now we just ask that you finish one log a month with each character you've got.
3. We now allow AU characters, and you can pull characters in from other games. (OCs are still out, though).
There are other, smaller, changes to the rules, so have a look. We'd love to see new players, and we'd love to have players return!

The youth of today face a number of challenges when it comes to navigating their way through a complicated world. This can result in a number of issues which most parents simply aren't equipped to handle. But what options are there when a child is headed towards disaster but isn't quite there yet?
Blue Ridge Schools provides a unique alternative to military schools and detention centers. BRS serves up to 24 male and 24 female students, aged 14 to 21, from all across the country. While most students have been sent here by the juvenile courts system, some have been referred by their local school officials or enrolled per their parents' request.
In addition to the student program, thanks to a recent grant from the Department of Justice, Blue Ridge Schools is now offering an Adult Program as well. This program allows for up to eighteen adults to live and work on the Blue Ridge Schools campus as an alternative to serving jail time. These offenders are given the opportunity to earn their GED, receive counseling, and earn money that they can use to get back on their feet once released from the program.It is thought that having these adults on campus will prove a positive influence on the students by deterring them away from a life of crime.
Nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, BRS provides its students and adult residents with a unique learning and living environment geared towards helping develop the skills needed to become a productive member of society. AT BRS, learning and healing go hand in hand.
