The young girl glares out at nothing, her eyes filled with green. "I'm using protection, I'm not making any promises I can't keep, and dammit, I like him." Her heart eases in her chest as the Cetra souls back off. "Thank you."

Shifting his legs, a grunt was heard and weight was lifted from his legs. Rude sat up showing off the nail scratches down his back.
The redhead whistled as he sprawled out next to the blonde. His toes playing at the bald man's skin.

"I wish we could just stay in bed..."

Cloud smirked and looked up. "If wishes were Gil, I’d be rich."

Last week, Reno's chronic lateness pushed the Turks into first place with 40 points.  SOLDIER had some tardiness issues of it's own for 30 points.  It has been concluded that those points should be divided between Sephiroth and Zack.  Avalache relishes their 10 points.  After all, they make it a point to be the party crashers.

This week's prompt is #28 - Wishes

A wish is a hope or desire for something. For example, right now, I wish my brain were working.  ^_^

This week, write a drabble based on the wishes of a character.  

Does Cloud wish he were a SOLDIER 1st Class?  Would Tseng happen to know how to make a potion that makes your wishes come true?  Does Kadaj wish for a pony and all he gets is a crummy box with an oozing head? Is Cid still wishing to break the bonds of gravity? Hojo wishes for power and recognition.  Is Rufus wishing for a better tomorrow?  Does Yazoo wish Loz would just stop crying?

Whatever the wish, write it in just 100 words.
