True, it was her first time, but Tifa fought not to laugh at how carefully Cloud was treating her.

It was sweet really. He didn’t hesitate when she went with him to take on Sephiroth, but now he wanted to make sure she was comfortable, wasn’t nervous, and so on.

And he wasn’t just worried about her.

She pushed another giggle down. She knew how easily hurt Cloud would be if she laughed at how he handled his equipment.

“You sure you’re okay? I mean--“

“I'm fine, Cloud. Really. You can start the bike any time.”

Genesis stared as his friend staggered back toward the tree. “Are you okay?” He’d led the charge in jumping down from the branches, and now Angeal was hurt because of him.

“Yeah,” the other boy grunted. His right arm hung at an unnatural angle. “Landed wrong; I can fix it.”

Angeal braced himself, then pushed his injured shoulder against the tree as if trying to knock it over.

With a loud “SNAP” the joint went back into socket.

Pasty-faced, Genesis murmured, “Wow… Did it hurt?”

Before Angeal could answer, Genesis fainted dead away.

Unheard, Angeal replied, “Well, just a little.”

Is it any surprise that SOLDIERs are barking mad?  We gave them the trophy for 70 points so that no one would get hurt.  :)  In Avalanche, mental stability isn't necessary for the job, just look at Cloud.  They grabbed up a clean 20 points for second place.  And the Turks?  Well, Reno garnered that 10 points all by himself.  :)

There is always a first time for everything.  

How was Reno's first flight in the chopper?  Was Reeve's first foray into robotics a meowing success?  Was Hojo's first project a failure? How about his first kiss?  (I know, I know!  ^_^) What is the first SOLDIER training seesion like for recruits? How old was Sephiroth when he held masamune for the first time? How did Zack's first date end up? 

Or take the first time prompt sexually.  I am sure none of us would mind, but please definitely place those behind a cut for work-safe purposes. ^^;
