"You can't do this father! Wutai is much better than being just a tourist attraction!"

Yuffie stomped her foot in anger as she stared up at her father, who just sighed patiently.

"We were defeated and there's nothing else we can do. We need to make money somehow," said Lord Godo.

"You know, why can't we just kick their butts! We're strong and proud and stuff!" yelled Yuffie.

"Young lady, watch your tone," said Lord Godo calmly, "We were too proud and so we lost."

"Well, we should be proud!" said Yuffie before she walked off in an angry huff.

Cloud looked around the house that Aeris was born in and saw a long forgotten photo album that lay discarded by the bed. He picked up the album, blew the dust off of the cover and opened it to the last page of pictures.

And he tried not to cry as he saw the pictures of baby Aeris before him. He had seen her end only a few days ago and now, in these photographs, he saw how she began.

His tears started to fall on the picture of Professor Gast and Ifalna holding their newborn child, proud and beaming.

Click went the boy's camera, capturing a memory that would be soon confused in the mind of a soldier who had never been in the picture. The famous Sephiroth, the SOLDIER Zack, and the village girl Tifa were all in that picture, but eventually fire would consume it all.

The boy who took the picture of the trio did not realize how much his simple picture would eventually feature in the fate of their world, years after those hours in the dark room and the boy's untimely death.

Nor did he realize that the famous Sephiroth would destroy his town.
