"Just once, I would like to spend some quality time with my boyfriend without two thousand years' worth of relatives hanging over my shoulder!" The young girl glares out at nothing, her eyes filled with green. "I'm using protection, I'm not making any promises I can't keep, and dammit, I like him." Her heart eases in her chest as the Cetra souls back off. "Thank you."
