Author's Notes: Someone in my head decided to go for something a bit more literal.
Reno looked askance at his partner when Rude ordered some "girly" drink.
"Pictured you as the type who'd go for something harder, yo."
Rude just smiled.
He managed not to wince at the taste, finishing it in a few long sips, barely registering the cloying sweetness, then plucked the garnish out and popped the cherry in his mouth. He caught Reno's eyes, not blinking before pulling the stem out, a perfect bow tied in it.
Reno couldn't help but grin. For someone who was so often at a loss for words, Rude could do some amazing things with his tongue.
