I'm planning to start posting here; I've got a potential Feri project to work on. I've got a rough outline of a year-long Feri intensive leading to initiation, and am planning to post some of the segments here as I work them out. (But mostly, this post is an excuse to show off the new layout. Say hi to the shiny layout and thanks to

gawariel_design. And let me know if you find any bugs in it; even using the predesigned layout, there were bits I had to touch up myself, and I could've scrambled something. (No idea why the userpic doesn't show on the main page. Maybe it does for other screen resolutions.)

You won't see the layout when replying. There's a setting for that, but for this layout I have no idea how to change it. I'm happy with it--the layout is pretty, but would be distracting to read threaded comments in. You should see the layout if you go to

feri. (And if you're at home, it'll take about a full minute for the graphics to load. It'll be worth it.)

pretty, yes,...
I was looking around just now, though, and the vertical 'cigarette'(right of center) opened up into wallpaper, that pushed your text off to the left, no longer readable----I could not get it to close up--so i shut the window, reloaded
---I haven't gotten it to do that again---as far as I can remember, i was just trying to scroll down the page

	I can change it from "Eden" to whatever I like; I haven't decided what to call it. I don't know what would cause some of the images to freeze up, but it might be a dialup issue. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	The front page layout is lovely. :-) The posts, when you see them there, have an "edit" button which is odd. You can click the button and get an error message, you cannot actually edit it, but I didn't think "edit" buttons showed to non-mods/maintainers? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Edit buttons don't show on LJ-designed layouts. Other people could add buttons for Edit, Goatse, Rickroll, and Random Google Search if they want. I doubt I know enough CSS to tweak the code to hide the button from people other than mods & the author. I might remove it entirely, making edits only possible from the "internal" post view.
