hello everyone! since she just got accepted, before i go ahead and put up an introduction post, i figure i should first pimp this girl out to see if she can get a few storylines happening. she may look familar to some of you, since i had her here a while ago before things got too hectic, and to others she'll be brand new. anywho, this is emily mosby (played by the fabulous aj cook), a 33 year old guidance counselor who hails from up north (aka british columbia) but has been living in new york since college. she attended columbia where she met and became best friends with ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) nollen in hopes of becoming an officer of the law but after the tragic death of a friend, she changed her mind completely and majored in psychology. right now she's living in sleepy hollow with her three year old son and working at sleepy hollow high.
personality wise, emily is a sweet, friendly, down to earth individual who'll lay down her life for the people she loves. she's not the confrontational type but won't hesitate to step in if need be. she doesn't take kindly to people who take advantage of others. she has goofy side to her. she loves to joke about and not act her age at times. which works great with her son. she's a bit of a daredevil, who likes to try everything at least once but has since calmed down a little, with nicky being born and all. before though, she would be the first to jump off a bridge or out of an airplane.
i would love to get some friends for her, family and coworkers also. maybe an ex or two. people she's been set up on blind dates with, since having her son. if someone wants to be brave and pick up nicky's father, that would be great too. they're not together and it's not a romantic line either. as of right now, all she has is a best friend in jonnie and a friend in casc. so if anyone is associated with them, it's possible they'll know emily too. and if not, lets work something else out anyway.

Okay first I want to apologize for being so MIA lately. Real life got a little hectic with work, family coming into town, and the like. I'm writing this actually while I should be getting ready for work, but oh well. I will be around with Aaliyah more often.
That being said, there are some new people here and I'd like to re-establish some of the lines I do have. This is Aaliyah Castillo. Older sister to arianalani. She's also best friends with alssa and maccormack. She's also good friends with drox,cfelicia, jdnl, and is nicolin's ex from high school. She's a native to the area and was a star athlete in high school and college, which got her noticed. Briefly she lived in Spain and played basketball there until she was injured. Then she moved to Dobbs Ferry and currently lives there now. She's a gym teacher at Washington Irving Elementary School and the girls' basketball coach at Sleepy Hollow High school. Personality wise, she's easy going, down to earth, and laid back. Level headed and goal oriented would be a good way to describe her. She's a tomboy that happens to dress well and is big into sports, especially basketball.
So throw whatever you have at me! I'd love to get her going again! Feel free to hit me up on either of her posts or at haaliyahluejah!

Howdy! I'm going to be applying this girl here as the youngest sister to keames and ariella. Like her sisters before her, she was born and raised in Tarrytown and (after a brief stint in Irvington) continues to live in the village. Riley is 21 years old and has constantly felt like she was living in the shadow (cue the Ashlee Simpson song now) of one of her other sisters at any given moment in her life. This has left her a little insecure with herself and she continuously finds herself needing approval of others. Unfortunately, these insecurities have also left her not entirely sure of who she is a person other than so and so's little sister. The pressure to find her spot in life has led to several bad choices along the way including getting herself involved in a trio friendship during high school that could have rivaled The Plastics. A pregnancy rumor started by one of the very people she called her friends (it was true, but she miscarried) squelched that persona which led to her not pursuing college out of her own fears and anxieties derived from her final year of high school. It wasn't until within the last year that she decided to go back to school and is enrolled in one of the online programs at Berkeley College.
To support herself, she is the personal assistant to jackfranklin but also works part-time at Phelps Memorial Hospital with braglin as a receptionist for extra spending money. Um, before I end up reciting her entire background, her directory can be found here and I would really love to work out some storylines with as many people that want them.
Childhood neighbors, classmates (Irvington High School circa 04-08), friends, enemies, frenemies, an ex-boyfriend, former flings, and friends of friends are just some of the basic ideas that come to mind. But let's brainstorm and come up with something good!

So now that he's in the community I'm gonna try one of these. This is Dante Solís, a 25-year-old NYPD officer born and raised in a very sketchy part of Brooklyn but now living in Sleepy Hollow with his family. His uncle is in the restaurant business so Dante bartends, waits tables and helps balance the books whenever he's not working his real job. Personality-wise he's mostly reserved and sometimes seems standoffish but can be very animated and talkative if you get him going on the right subjects. Right now he has no lines except something with bunte that defies all standard definitions. Otherwise, he could use everything: friends, co-workers, family members, ex-girlfriends, etc. I also have a specific line in mind involving an older woman who works in the medical, legal, or law enforcement fields. Additionally he's been in therapy for a traumatic event in his past so that could be an avenue for interaction as well. If any of that interests you or if he could fill any potential lines, just let me know here or via this post which might afford you a little more privacy. I'm always up for brainstorming, too.

I haven't figured everything out about this girl just yet, so I'm open to all types of lines. So far I have her name is Gia Lopes, she's 21 years old, she's a Sleepy Hollow native. She's the biological half sister to ~camlla. She doesn't exactly know that just yet but that will be developing. She's the ex-high school-girlfriend now really good friend to ~lwry. I have a feeling she's jumped jobs a lot since High School so any friends she's made through former employment is welcomed. Other than that any storylines are welcome!

Hola!
Since I'm still working on him, this will be pretty short but this is Michael Stockwell,a retiring Naval chaplain in his mid-late 40s that has been everywhere from Iraq to Guam. He actually joined up relatively "late" in life AFTER getting his master's degree and getting married, but has found himself struggling to get back to normal now that he's divorced and getting out of the game. I think he's going to be a native of the area, but might just have him randomly choose it due to dart throwing. Either way, this time around he's only been in the area for a few months and is working restoring furniture and whatnot. He needs an ex-wife and maybe a kid or two but other than that? I have nada. Anyone need lines filled? (coughorwanttomakeiconscough) I'm willing to change pbs.

At the moment, I'm working on Malice here. She's born and raised in Tarrytown, however she didn't stick around long. Since she could drive, she's been bouncing from place to place - never having owned a place of her own. In the past, she's been known to be more rough and tumble, hence the name Malice. Currently, she splits her time moving from couch to couch, managing tours, and working with a backline rental company to set up and tear down music equipment as well as act as a tech or adjust sound as needed.
so! i'm looking to fill lines, family, friends, frienemies, exes, whatever. she is mostly gay, so there's that, but still very fun to hang around.
