Your "To-Do" list for Day One, as well as basic happenings of the other eight days, is posted HERE. Two weeks is going to be the test-run for how long we should spend on a certain range of days. Some may be longer, some may be shorter, and I'll definitely be asking all of you what you think the perfect timeframe for day ranges should be. (What with there most likely being a lot happening on the first few days, I figured two weeks would be sufficient enough time. I may extend it later, depending on how far everyone's gotten.)

Flashbacks can be posted in addition to your character's reaction to the crash/appearance). It'd probably be best to wait a bit before attempting to do a flashforward, though.

We're still in need of quite a few LOST canons, as well - namely Ben, Locke, Kate, and Sawyer. If you'd be willing to take them up, or know someone who might be interested, send 'em this way!
