I have several questions, actually.

1) Can I post the fics wherever I like, so long as there's a link back to the community asylum if it's not in here?

2) Is there a maximum/minimum length for the fics?

1) Straight from the rules on the user info page:
02. All fics should be placed under a lj-cut except your header if you're posting directly to the community. You're more than welcome to post your fics elsewhere and link back to the community.

2) Maximum length - not really, just remember that you have to use one prompt per fic.
Minimum length - 100 words
