Kuromaru paused, looking back up the stairs. "I forgot. I could go get it..." But Ryouma had continued to head down, so he hurried along to catch up. "Kakashi did muzzle me," he said with great relish. Now Kakashi would get in trouble, and he'd know that Kuromaru wasn't a beast to be taken lightly. He was the alpha's friend. "An' Tsume didn't try to kill him. I don't need her help." He angled a look up at Ryouma.

Ryouma made a small noise, glancing down at him. Kuromaru hopped, excited. Ryouma obviously agreed with him. Kuromaru was probably going to be boss over Tsume, too. He bounced a step ahead, came a step behind, and kept talking. "I think by mounting she meant -- you know." He thrust his hips helpfully. "Humping! Kakashi smelled all over like you an' sex, an' Tsume smelled it, too. It was kinda strong, even if it was old. And she was not happy! But she said she was. You can ask her. Maybe she was lying about something else." He wagged furiously for a moment, increasing when he realized Ryouma was laughing. Or choking, he wasn't sure, but it didn't smell painful or scared! He leaped up to lick at Ryouma's ear, then turned and burst through the stairwell doors, racing down the hall even though it was rude--Ryouma didn't stop him--and shoved into the gym.

Tsume stood in the corner, smelling like content exhaustion over strain, pounding at the speed ball hanging from the ceiling.

"Tsume!" He bounded up to her, pausing to lick swiftly before turning to face the door. "I found Ryouma! And don't worry, I told him about Ibiki."

He missed her cringe.
