"I'll go be alpha at him," Ryouma murmured. "I can do that, right, Kuromaru? Growly and everything."
"Definitely," Kuromaru said cheerfully. "I'll help you rip off his face."
Tsume's shoulders shook. After a startled moment, Ryouma realized she was laughing. He grinned, tense muscles loosening, and held her tighter. His chin just rested on the top of her head. She still fit, as if he'd never let her go.
