Form 18-5-HF: Field Agent Assessment

Reason for Assessment: They keep snapping teeth.

Report, including current performance, mental stability, and willingness to work with a team: Swear to the black faced wofl wolf if any of you do this to me again i'm going to file a complant. the boys are utter imbeciles imbaceal morons.

the NEXT time you send me on something like this, Arakaki, i'm so going to load Kuromaru up with beans and lock him in your office i SWEAR.

Current performance: they're both in top shape for ninja. a credit to the anbu and all that crotchrot. Nama Namiashi's touchy about his scars and Shiraniu is touchy about his hands. there's gotta be a sp psych report somewhere. i'll leave the details to that.

Mental stability: there both cracked. you hurt one and the other freaks out. during our first night kuromaru licked Shuranui's hands and he fell into a panic attack. Namiashi had to talk him out of it. Had Namiashi not been there, no one would have pulled him out if it, as i was incapasitated at the time. later, Shirinui refused to be carried even though it was the fastest mode of transportation (see attached mission report), and only Namiashi was able to convince him otherwise.

for his part, Namiashi paniked about kuromaru nipping him during a heated run, (see attached injury/friendly fire and summons/familiar/inuzuka paperwork) and while the injury was no more than a scatch Namiashi did not manage to hold it together, and would have continued to panic had Shirunui not been there. while none of these instances were life or death situations at the time, all could have been disasterus dissasturous bad had we been under attack.

their thier first and biggest priority is mostly to each other though they're good enough anbu that they try to give just as high priorities to other team-mates. they pay so much attention to each other its a small miracle they notice anything else. however, their willing^nessto try and correct for that is incredible. there were no specifics were i felt as if i had been relegated to second status; it was, ^unforunately something i could smell mostly because they both smell like horiness all the fleebitten time.

Willingness to work with a team: they were perfectly willing to work with Kuromaru and i, though their was a definate tendancies to close ranks. however, there is no obvious hostility^oraggression, and they were courteus curtesy nice enough.

having watched them on the feild i think it woud be a major mistake to remove them from anbu ranks. there very good fighters and Shirinaui has amazing if disgusting and creepy poison talents and hes a very go^od medic.

furthermore, i firmly believe they should NEVER BE REMOVED FROM EACH OTHERS PRESENSE. this would cause a complete and totally unbelivable meltdown the likes of which no one has seen since that mist nin hired the grass nin to try and kill

this would cause both of them to stop functioning completely. they are both newrotic and drenched in ptsd, but they each know the others triggers and are able to keep each others heads together. splitting them up would be a bad idea only a stupid person would make.

together, as a unit, they are functional and more than able to continue at high ranked missions because if they do die, theyll only kill each other for the forese^eable future. they work well together, fluidly and as a true team. seperated i firmly believe that there unstable and possibly dangerous.

Tsume sat back and glared mightily at the report she'd just spent two hours on. It wasn't complete, really. Wasn't as detailed as they'd like. Doubtlessly she'd get called into the office to clarify verbally what she'd already written down, for a mission she hadn't wanted to take to assess two men she didn't want to know that well.

At least talking it out would be easier than the painstaking process of trying to explain quick calls and what scent told her. She stooped over the sheets, giving the insults to the ANBU intel another run-over with her pen. Really, she should get another piece of paper and start over, but this was the third... She scratched it out a little heavier and went to find Kuromaru. He could deliever it.
