"Well, I only mean that you don't seem like the type of person people tire of," Abby said softly. She flushed faintly as Rena tilted her head and paused- Abby quickly looked back to the ground between them.
"Oh- you don't have to apologize. And I suppose- well, it depends on how you look at it?" She looked back up to Rena, fidgeting again. The days seemed so long to her, but the years passed quickly. Abby never quite knew what to make of it; it wouldn't be much longer before the Madame deemed her too old to continue with this work, and Abby didn't quite know where she would go.
