Penny nodded, not truly thinking the the fact that Matt couldn't really see her from her seat behind him. "All right, I will keep my eyes open," she promised aloud, her eyes scanning the ground immediately for any sign of disturbance. She did notice the prints that Matt indicated toward but then, a horse left a much more significant print than a dog. Still, there had to be something. "He doesn't bark a great deal. I've always discouraged it, especially in the house," she frowned slightly, wondering if this would be a problem. "He does bark occasionally when alarmed, and his bark is quite loud," she added hopefully.
