Instead, Molly looked out over the stretch of water, noting how the waves were soft and small - not at all like the ocean. The pond made a gentle lapping sound against the shore. A smile twitched at the corners of her mouth. Yes, it was a good day.
Molly took a few steps forward, just enough so she could plop herself down at the edge and dip her feet in. For now, she had no intentions of going any farther. They weren't in any rush. And this was nice. Her next remark was just as casual as her movements. "It's so pretty today."
