Buffy was angry with herself for the fact that she had allowed the train to screw with her or at least she figured it was the train who caused her to act the way she had. Along with the fact she had allowed a vampire to bite her, but she was angrier at the train. On top of that, she knew it was her fault for allowing herself to be lazy instead of listening to Giles on saying how a slayer always had to train. Buffy figured the whole kidnapping train gave her enough of a reason to take some much needed relaxing time off from training. Oh how wrong she was! After the whole incident with Mitchell, she had found herself staying in her room and on bed rest to get her energy back. Now she was starting to lose her mind with being in the room. The holes were still visible on her neck, but she had a bandage on it, hiding what happen for him along with herself. If anyone asked she hurt herself it was nothing all that serious.
With the need to get out, she decided that maybe the best way to work out her frustration was by doing what she had been avoiding and that was working out. Moving through the cars to the chance car as she pulled her blonde hair up into a ponytail to keep her hair out of her face. Once she reached the door to the chance car, she opened it up, and was happy to find it was the room she wanted without having to play the door game. She moved into the car, which was now looking like a workout room with weapons, a few punching bags, and some mats that were all around the place. Buffy moved over to one of the punching bags, taking a few punches as she started to find her groove. It had been a while since she actually took the time to work out and in a way it was helping with all the feelings she had right now. Losing herself in the workout as she threw another punch to the bag, moving around a bit on the ground as she reached up only for a brief moment just to check the bandage was still on and it was.
