WHO: Scorpius Malfoy + Lily Malfoy WHAT: Scorpius needs distraction after having to deal with Albus. WHEN: After this. WHERE: Their room; The safe house. RATING/STATUS: TBA/In Progress
To be honest, Scorpius himself was amazed that he had managed to haul Albus Potter all the way back here from the Leaky Cauldron without punching or otherwise injuring him. Oh, he had had his moments. He had had several moments during which he had to stop and seriously consider whether or not Lily being upset with him was worth landing a good, solid punch right to Albus' nose, or jaw, or ever working mouth. After the other man had finished his round of insults (all of which had failed to get a rise out of him) and Scorpius had managed to drag him from the pub, he had started being as annoying as humanly possible instead and this time he'd succeeded. Scorpius' head was still ringing from the other man's annoying voice, the sound he insisted of barking in his ear repeating over and over again in his head. This, Scorpius thought, must be the sound of madness because the longer he found himself unable to think of anything else, the madder he felt. His head was pounding and his muscles were tense from him suppressing his anger towards Albus. He wanted to beat the shit out of something. He was tempted to let himself loose on the wardrobe, but he knew Lily wouldn't appreciated it if he battered one of the few pieces of furniture in their room to splinters. So instead he found himself pacing and waiting for his wife to show up. Now that was a good distraction. Lily- his wife. It was still such an odd thought, but he doubted it would ever lose its appeal. He hadn't lied when he said he'd needed her. He did. He needed to loose himself in her before he could be found again because right now he wasn't himself. Right now he was angry, annoyed, pissed off and he had absolutely no outlet or any other way to sort it out.
Crossing over to the window, he scowled out into the surrounding woods. Darkness had fallen and with it a relaxing coolness that did little to soothe him now. He did not appreciate the gentle breeze or the sound of the wind moving through the trees. He didn't feel at ease. He didn't feel at peace. He just felt angry. Folding his arms over his chest, he kept his jaw clenched, causing the muscle to ache, but he found himself unable to stop. Lily knew how to calm him down. Sometimes she managed to do it by just being there which was why he called for her as soon as he was back inside the safe house.
