Ask and ye shall receive - apparently it worked around the Bar for things other than distractions.
Oizys had asked for a satellite dish, and woke up to a remote on the pillow beside her, which worked a rather nice sized flat screen TV now in her sitting room. She had Moments of our Existence and Different Dimension and County General any time she wanted them... Sure, they might not be the shows she was used to, but it looked like there was still amnesia and boobjobs, which was enough. Soaps were full of misery, and she ate it up.
Little did she know, with the set up came a price - the lock to her door had been disengaged, and the outside of it had a rather flowery sign, reading "Misery Loves Company"... the Bar's idea of a joke, it seemed.
Contently unaware of this, she flicked through channels until she found an appropriately ridiculous day time drama, and sprawled in a recliner to get to know the characters.
