Patient Zero is identified when Natalie McDonald collapses during morning rounds. Things get worse from there and different pockets of disease crop up as people try to figure out what is going on. THE SITUATION: The worst of the riots are over, but things haven't quite returned to normal. Kel Bundy has arisen as a popular icon, perhaps even filling Harry Potter's shoes.
