Like Flying (Bill/Neville, PG-13)
Title: Like Flying Pairing: Bill/Neville Rating: PG-13 Word Count: 147 Warnings: None. Disclaimer: Not mine. JKR's. Summary: Neville never liked flying. Notes: For alisanne, who requested Bill/Neville, "flying". Sorry this is so tiny, dearest! I had a hard time getting these two together, but I hope you like them.
When Neville confessed to Bill that he hadn't flown on a broomstick in years—since flying lessons at Hogwarts, in fact—Bill swore he was going to take Neville up in the air behind the Burrow the very next day.
Neville protested, saying he really had no need to fly, anyway, for his choice of career was decidedly an earthbound one, and he was clumsy enough on the ground.
Bill protested right back, and he poked Neville in the chest and kissed him and took him to bed and described, as he took off each piece of Neville's clothing, exactly how wonderful flying was.
Neville furrowed his brow and told Bill that all this talk of flying was doing exactly nothing for him.
And besides, he said, when he and Bill were together, Neville felt like he was flying.
