I'm so glad you're enjoying it! *g* We loved writing Sam (and I have to bow to Emi on his presence to begin with); yes, Remus cares for Sam very much (and vice versa, even if they're still just reaching the point where they're willing to admit it to each other).
Remus' love for Teddy really is as a father for son - I don't feel like they've moved into lover territory, though Teddy seems to want them to be sometimes
Yes and yes. Teddy would like that. He hasn't quite figured out what the boundaries should be or why they're so necessary. Remus, on the other hand, is pretty honest with himself about the different kinds of love and lust that he feels, and is trying hard to set boundaries - he doesn't always succeed but he tries.
