Note: Self interest here. In case you're not familiar with him, he's the guitarist and singer for Green Day. The quality is kind of crap, but that's because there aren't many quality shots of him without a microphone in his face.

Note: These are all from his role as Mr. Pink in Resevoir Dogs. I may do other sets of him in the future as I think he has a very unique look to him. I just remember before I learned his name we used to call him 'the ugly guy.'

Back with even more icons. Our subject is Mr. Aaron Eckhart, star of wonderful films like Thank You For Smoking and The Dark Knight. He was also, quite sadly, in Paycheck - but you can't hold that against him can you? Anyway, today all of my thanks go to Aaron Eckhart Online. I don't know if it's the only Aaron Eckhart site out there or not, but they had quite a few quality photos and it was nice to find them all in one place for once. So, thanks to them, you have these wonderful icons to enjoy. The thought of doing icons for Aaron Eckhart did not occur to me until the wonderful Q suggested it. What I found was that most communities didn't icon him - and that's usually the subject I like to icon the most. There's something grim about the way he half-smiles. Not Bruce Willis grim, but grim.

Here we go with another sizable set of icons, this time of Ralph Fiennes. It's apparently become a niche of mine to do icons for people that don't have many - who wants another five sets of James McAvoy, anyway? Anyway, Ralph is another one of those pesky personal interest icon sets - don't you just hate that? He's got a very interesting face, I think, goes from serious to silly and back again very quickly. Always somehow managing to look just a little unbalanced. I don't mind unbalanced, though. It's kind of a benefit. All of the images I used here were found at Ralph Fiennes Corner, but you have to register to access the gallery. With that said...

Now we come to my favorite icon subject ever. You don't see many Bruce Willis icon sets out there on the internet - probably because Bruce Willis doesn't have very many properly organized fansites dedicated to him, and he doesn't get a lot of his photoshoots scanned or otherwise spread around. Meanwhile, Mary Elizabeth Winstead has fifty damn websites. Someone explain the logic of this to me, I'm fuzzy on it! Anyway, icons #1 - #21 are from images I got from Bruce Willis PL, which is the most awesome Bruce Willis fansite out there and yet sadly sucky all at once. Those are ads, movie premieres, screen captures from Ocean's Twelve and promotional images from Live Free Or Die Hard. Icons #22 - #28 were created with screencaps from Live Free Or Die Hard that I obtained from MEW Online, which is sad considering I had and have no plans to icon her ever. Icons #29 - #47 were made with screencaps from Live Free Or Die Hard which I found in the Random Caps community on LiveJournal.

Henry Rollins could do with a comprehensive website. I didn't keep track of all the various places I got these pictures, and since most of the images on Mr. Rollins' website are terrible I did have to search far and wide. Google Image Search is your friend, people. Part of me is convinced this guy is on 'roids, and part of me is just amazed at how awesome he looks. And sounds.

Note: Thin black border on all. I used to use Edward Norton as a pb, so the icons I have of him are of a very specific look. I like his Sheldon look from Death to Smoochy, that innocent look. Therefore, that's what you get. I may make more in the future, as he has lots of interesting photoshoot photos roaming out there.

I like not using overused pbs and I hadn't, at the time I decided on him, seen that anyone else had iconed him. There's a few 80's and 90's shots in here with his crazy Bon Jovi hair, just because I wanted to laugh. Second set forthcoming.

There's something incredibly attractive about his lop-lidded eyes. Anyway, this set was made from a combination of photoshoots and screencaps from "Tristan and Isolde" and "Dark City." I may go back and do another set with Dark City - if I could get my hands on a decent DVD.

Note: Thin black border on all. Tony Curran is one of those accidental pbs. I was looking for a tall, dirty, red head and I was coming up completely empty handed. Then, I found myself watching The 13th Warrior and I said, "hey, who is that?" Voila, I have Tony Curran. Sad that no one else uses him. I would have though the HP-verse would have snatched him up for an elder Weasley or something. Just... wow.

Note: Thin black border on all. I currently use Karl as a pb, so I have a vested interest in him. He's an extraordinarily beautiful man, and I mean that in terms of pretty - not handsome. Some of the original pictures these were taken from are so humerous that keleos and I sat up laughing at them. There are some I couldn't even bring myself to use for my pb, because it was just to... Victoria/Victor. Not Victoria/Victor. Just... wow. But there is a bonus at the end of three young Karl icons. I found a couple rare shots from him modeling in his late teens. Very cute!

Matthew Fox is a PB of mine, so there's a little self-interest involved. Just a little. I think he has an interesting face - depending on the photoshoot, he can look worn or young or wise beyond his years. Sometimes all three at once. This isn't really a complete set, as that would make me want to blow my brains out. There are definitely more coming, probably from Lost screencaps. For now I give you a sampling of photoshoots - everything from Entertainment Weekly to his Saturday Night Live photoshoot. All of these images were obtained from Matthew Fox Dot Net.

Note: Thin black border on all. I went ape-shit making screencaps for player in another game, just trying to get some decent pictures of him. I think I did fairly well. Movies screencapped by me for these icons include: Dungeons & Dragons, Die Hard: With A Vengeance, And Now Ladies and Gentleman, Eragon, Kingdom of Heaven, Man in the Iron Mask, Merchant of Venice and Stealing Beauty. I've heard Casanova is great, which he is also in, it's on my list.

Simon Gruber is sex, oh, and I am dying to figure out the significance behind the ring on his left pinky. He wears it in all photoshoots and in every movie he's in. Every.Single.One.

My first Tarkan experience was BellyJam 2004 in Cincinnatti, Ohio when a myriad of dancers were using his songs for their warmups and sets. Now, I love him. If he isn't the most beautiful thing to come out of Turkey, I insist on being proven wrong.

Note: Thin black border on all. Brandon Davidson was one of those guys I happened on completely by mistake. I was doing random google searches for any feature that might appeal to me while on the quest for a pb for a young, golden age era Hermes for a game now dead probably close to a year. I think it was the hair that drew me in. Seriously, look at it. Those curls, my god. Anyway, as can be expected with any male model, 90% of the available photographs leave you questioning his sexuality, and did I not know through an extensive search for pictures (and reading the articles attached) that he found Jebus while part of The Amazing Race: Season 5 and has a very serious girlfriend, both of whom are saving themselves for marriage, I would swear he was... Wait. A male model saving himself for marriage? I don't buy it.
