Spider infestation of Myouren Temple~
Iktomi's looking for a good space to indulge in his favorite trick- Phantom Spiderwebs. You know, the large invisible kind that everyone walks into in the middle of nowhere, especially where there shouldn't be spiderwebs?

Anyway, he notices something large and odd from the spirit plane, even for the Nexus.

Myouren Temple, to be exact. Although he doesn't know what it is yet.

Perfect!

He shifts into a small spider, drops off the spirit plane, and spins a web across the gate, shifts back to his normal form, then runs into some bushes and waits for the show.

Myouren temple is in full swing at the moment, the residents hard at work restoring the temple to how it should be. Iktomi's going to be thwarted the first few times someone goes by, because the gate isn't quite complete, so they just go through gaps in the wall with materials. Finally, after a few minutes a young, dog eared girl walks through the gate. Immediately upon walking through, she gives a startled yelp, and thrashes at the air. "AHHHHHHH!!! Get it off, get it off!"

	Iktomi just snorts laughter into his palm. .... He doesn't even make note of who Murasa might be. He changes back into a small spider and spins another web quickly to take the place of the other, walked-into one, then goes back to his hiding spot, changing back to his normal form. And waits. Murasa is your doom, oh squishy one.

Murasa comes running back, following Kyouko. "What? What icky stuff?" She asks the girl, looking around.

"Over there! Icky Icky! Like sticky, but not!" Kyouko responds, pointing at the gateway.

Murasa ponders, looking around, and not seeing it, she walks into it, and freezes, flailing slightly. "Gah! There's some sort of spirit web here!"

	Kyouko didn't hear you, lucky for you, Iktomi. "See! I told you there was an Icky!" Murasa grumbles, her face quite red as she brushes it away. "Somethings going on around here, and when I find whatever made this, I'm squishing it." She says, as she glares angrily and starts looking around for whatever might've made a web like that. 	After a moment of searching, Murasa parts the bush, and stares straight at Iktomi. She doesn't quite know what it is, but she does recognize that it's a presence. She yells back behind her, "Hey Kyouko. Go get that jar we keep Unzan in. If it can hold a spiritual cloud, it can hold a puff." She grins, staring closely at the smoke wisp. 	Murasa eases up a bit on her prodding ways, and smiles a bit as she begins to ascend the stairs. "I take it you pissed off someone's bigger brother or something?" Her tone is less threatening, and more conversational. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
