Fall//Regulus Black
Title: Fall
Fandom: Harry Potter
Characters: Regulus Black
Prompt: 064; Fall
Word Count: 164
Rating: G
Summary: Regulus lets himself live in the moment.

One.

- he snapped them back open to watch. He hesitated for a moment, considering his next move –

Now.

- but relex took over at the last second and Regulus felt a huge rush as he turned his broom nose up, pulling away from the ground just a few feet away, shooting so far into the air that he probably was no more than a speck to onlookers.

He shook his longish black air out of his face and pushed his broom into another arc, speeding back towards the earth, forcing his brain to let his reflexes and subconscious take over. It was the only way things truly made sense.
