WHO: Alecto Carrow & Amycus Carrow & Rabastan Lestrange. WHAT: Alecto and Amycus confront Rabastan. WHERE: Wherever the Lestrange's are staying. WHEN: Late in the evening. RATING: Um... 3 Death Eaters. Need I say more?
"Are you ready to go, my darling?" A broad smile curled on her lips, as she traced a gloved finger along his cheek.
This day has been coming for a while, Alecto was just in denial of it initially. Part of her wanted to believe that the Dark Lord would rise once more, and she wouldn't have to put up with the Lestrange brothers running things, but after the events of last weekend? Alecto couldn't deny her frustrations with them. She wasn't a leader, so the idea of leading the Death Eaters herself seemed out of the question. However, she and her brother were senior members of the Death Eaters, marked followers of the Dark Lord, whatever harebrained schemes the Lestrange brothers were up to, Alecto and Amycus deserved and had a right to know. After all, if the Dark Lord could trust them enough to watch over Hogwarts last year, why shouldn't they be included in what the Lestrange brothers were doing? It just took Alecto a little bit longer than Amycus to realize that what was going on was not fair.
Holding her hand out for her brother to take, she quickly apparated the pair of them to where Rabastan and Rodolphus were hiding. One thing about the Death Eaters, they were really good at hiding in plain sight. With Alecto's altered appearance she could walk through Diagon Alley without being recognized. They also were really good at being one step ahead of the Ministry, which she could tell was driving the Aurors completely batty.
Their presence was announced with a loud crack, and a triggering of the wards. Lacing her fingers tightly into Amycus' grasp, dark hawk-like eyes peered up at the home. The windows were darkened, but she couldn't tell if that was because of dirt or just the way the light was hitting them. Whatever the case was, it was not the type of home Alecto would have picked out to hideout in. She preferred to break in to muggle homes, torture and kill the muggles living inside of them... and then live there until she got bored with that home and wanted to move on. It wasn't like the Carrow Mansion that she grew up in, but it was far more exciting than her childhood home.
"Oh Rabastaaaaaaaaaan," Her voice called out in a sing song tone, "Rodolphus," It was almost like she was taunting them, as a broad predatory smirk curled across her crimson painted lips. "OI!!" She managed to bark a little louder, "LESTRANGE! OPEN UP!"
