Andromeda had certainly meant her comment as a compliment. Her younger sister was quite lovely in her opinion, or had been when last they'd met. The younger, blonde woman's looks had been a very minor point of contention once upon a time. Such things didn't really matter anymore.
She stood, smoothing down the front of her dress, and stepped away from Teddy in his chair. The little one, contented with a stuffed dragon toy, did not seem to mind this. Andromeda politely held her hand out to Draco, "Andromeda. Andromeda Tonks.."
This could either go very badly, or it could be rather good for both of them.
