Alicia opened her mouth, clearly ready to comment on George's previous run-in with Death Eaters, but decided against it. She didn't really want him losing his other ear. Or worse. There was an uncomfortable pain in her chest at the thought of Fred and Angelina, but she pushed it aside. They didn't need to talk about sad things when lives were potentially in danger again.
"Maybe," she said with a half grin. She leaned in a bit, peering closely at him. "I don't know. I think maybe you ought to talk to Bill again." The half grin spread into a wide grin as Alicia sat back. The joking helped the worry. She certainly needed that.
It couldn't last long, though. "What if it starts again, George?" She didn't want to mention too much about it. She didn't want war. Not again.
