Lisa always wondered why she was trusted to close up the record shoppe. She was always the one that forgot to turn the lights off, or didn't count the petty cash. But things were well, and the lights were turned off, and she dropped the second set of keys in the mailbox and locked it with the mail key and went to meet Kevin at the Thai restaurant near the record shoppe.
"Sorry about that, I had to lock up tonight, it closes early on Sundays." She told him as she sunk into the seat across from him. She ordered a Thai iced tea and some spring rolls from the sweetly attentive waitress and pulled a newspaper out of her bird printed canvas tote bag. "I used a highlighter, it's lovely and purple, to find the flats in my parents' price range, well, what they're willing to spend anyways." She told him. "And some of these are near Nick, so I can pop over for a visit from time to time." She had a list of what she wanted in her head. One bedroom, decent sized storage closets for her craft projects, a room she could set up her sewing table, decent windows, pets welcomed.
"Thank you." She could the waitress when she brought her order and slipped the paper to Kevin so he could look at them. "Do you think this looks good?" She asked him. "Or should add a few more?"
