History; When mechanic and tow truck operator Tony Sabernick pulled up to a beaten up 1975 Chevy nova in the summer of 1977, he didn't realize his world was about to change. He thought of the fix as just that, another call on his busy schedule. He wasn't aware that the nurse inside with tear stained cheeks would change his world forever and make him the happiest man alive. But Brenda Adams was everything he had always wanted and needed without knowing it. From her lovely fair skin to her sweet neutering nature, she was hard for the forever bachelor to resist. He found himself drawn to her, going out of his way to cheer her up as he took her car to the shop and personally saw to its repairs. He knew he needed her around, knew he had to see her again. So with little hesitation on his part, he asked her to lunch and the rest became history.
They were married after a four months courtship in her home town of Walnut Creek where they proceeded to live out their days. Most would consider them the perfect couple, Tony being utterly charming with his sarcastic nature and humorous outlook on life while Brenda makes up for his lackings by being one of the most kind and decent people imaginable. They were blessed with true love, any onlooker could see that.
It was on June 8th, 1978 at five thirty am at the local hospital that they brought into the world a little girl to complete their family. They named her Paige Adams Sabernick, her middle name echoing Brenda's maiden name. She was to be whatever she wanted to be, as long as she was happy. They considered her their little miracle, an angel sent from above. They did not realize what a little hellion she would turn out to be.
As a child she was of a playful nature. Often she could be found laughing and grinning as she chased a neighbor boy around. She was smitten, it was obvious by age five that she was absolutely nuts about the boy. Her parents of course thought of this was a phase, sure with age she would take on some female friends and leave the neighbor boy alone. However by the age of ten it was clear that the phase was not so much a phase but a permanent marker within her life.
Paige unfortunately never grew out of chasing the boys and hanging out with the guys. Her tomboy ways became worse with age and yet the development of her body ensured not all thought of her as a guy. She was quite popular without even trying. She dated a lot but never was really seriously with anyone too long. By mid-high school she lost her virginity to the neighbor boy, not a shocker to anyone. The two dated for a bit but nothing big ever really came of it. She often to this day thinks back about him fondly and wonders how he is.
High school eventually ended and Paige went off to college. She studied at UCLA at first in mechanical engineering. She, while gifted, never found herself completely sold on the whole degree background. She found herself often baking for study groups or when stressed till finally it just sort of triggered on what she was meant to do with her life. Leaving UCLA for a culinary school had not went over well with her family but in time her family realized this was best for her. She began to apprentice under some of the top pastry chefs in the country.
By the age of 24, Paige became a well sort after pastry chef. From doing wedding cakes to treats for political events, her reputation began to precede her. She worked hard and found that food was her passion besides sex. She took up a position by age 27 in Las Vegas, working in a top casino as head pastry chef. By 29 she had wrote a best selling cook book and was being offered TV series. She decided she loved to cook more then anything so when offered a position at a five star restaurant in Los Angeles where all pastry would be at her discretion with no limitations... well she couldn't turn down an offer so very sweet.
Paige has been in Los Angeles for about a year now and she wouldn't trade her life for anything. Though she does actually make a lot of money, in truth, most of it she keeps in investments. Growing up in a somewhat middle class to blue collar family taught Paige that she didn't need much to live on and she prefers it that way. She hopes to one day instead take the money and open her own business. That or just retire young and cook only for the fun in it all. She is currently living with an ex boyfriend who has been a best friend for years. She loves living with him cause she gets to bug him daily. On a whole life is perfect, just the way she likes.

~ Her book "Tarts Aren't Tricky" is considered a must have for anyone who wishes to do tarts. Not only did she with a sense of humor attack some tricky pastries, but she showed how to decorate them with ease.
~ A wedding cake done by Paige can sells for up to $10,000. They are considered originals and must have by many well-to-do society couples. Personally, Paige just charges so much due to the time and effort that she puts into each.
~ Paige is a worry-wart. If something isn't going according to plan, she tends to over analyze it and tear it apart. She often finds herself on the verge of a nervous break down if something goes wrong in the kitchen or with a friend. She doesn't like when she can't control a situation and fix whatever is wrong.
~ Paige's grandmother Martha is the one who helped her find her calling in pastry. She was a woman who loved to cook and always forced/asked Paige to assist her. She often dedicates her bake off winnings to her grandmother.
~ Paige was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when she was nineteen. She does not have severe mood swings but she does suffer from bouts of depression from time to time.
~ Paige's musical taste could be considered eclectic though she prefers alternative, rock, and ambient music above all others. Her favorite bands & artists include Sting, John Mayer Trio, Muse, Damien Rice, Imogen Heap, and David Gray.
~ If given the chance to sleep with someone famous - Colin Farrell, Clive Owens, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Dominic Purcell would probably run high on her list along with George Clooney.
~ Though she is a pastry chef, Paige does not have a huge sweet tooth. Her favorite food in the world is Peach Pie but if given a choice between desert and a greasy fried food appetizers (like a bloomin' onion), the appetizers will always win out.
~ When Paige was fourteen her appendix ruptured with little warning of appendicitis. Because of this, she was rushed into surgery. Unfortunately however they were a little late, she contracted sepsis. She stayed in the hospital for almost a month with the looming fear of death over head. Luckily, she recovered well though now she is terrified of hospitals and all stomach pains.
