Earth 12 Episode Guide: Episode 8

[info]brat_wonder
Journals: Dick is dissatisfied with this round of celebrity. And Tim's missing a friend.

In Blüdhaven, Roy went wandering, and brought a girl home. In Gotham, Booster and Jack went dancing, and Dick and Babs played nurse.

Seems to be it this episode. I owe you all a Kitten-rampage; would one be worthwhile? I ask because I'm moving next week, and may be without internet for some time.

As always feel free to use this post for plotting, or whatever you like.

Earth 12 Episode Guide, part 5

[info]brat_wonder
Episode 7, part 2: Found and Lost. )

I have a proposal to submit, my fellow forum enthusiasts. Should there perhaps be an agreed-upon cutoff point for late tags, past which the tag-ee need not concern him or herself with the decision of the tagger? A long cutoff point, yes; a week or two weeks, perhaps. But some manner of failsafe against the full game lagging, pulled down by the pace of logs long past. After this length of time the tag-ee would be forgiven in assuming the log ended in some reasonable manner, and go on to other pursuits, should they so desire. Of course, the log could be active thereafter.

It's frustrating to see so many tied up in logs that are considered binding. If our kidnappees will forgive the turn of phrase.

I also have a question, for new players and old: what do you want to DO? Right now. With your muses. What manner of scene, what style, what setting, to what purpose would you most like to write?

Lay it on me, chums. And on each other.

Ladies and Gentlemen?

[info]brat_wonder
[The crazy. It is back on.

Accordingly, one Controllll Freak awoke in the middle of the night and rolled like a sumo katamari out of his bunk at Blackgate. He plodded over to his clandestine laptop computer with so much dramatic determination, it actually made a squeaky noise.

(The background sound-effect budget has regretfully been cut.)

Nevertheless, he proceeded to stalk you all with if anything even more livid, festering enthusiasm than heretofore has been seen.]

Episode 5: Stark Raving Sane. COMPLETE. )

"You may now return to whatever scheduled programs from which you were so rudely interrupted, all those many months ago. Thank you for your time, my loyal chatroom chums."

[And if I may be excused from breaking character a moment, here in the OOC comm. >_>
I wanted to thank you all for a GREAT plot executed beautifully, furiously, and with a burning passion for justice. Especial thanks to Flik and Del-mun, for villaining the hell out of our villains, and the Doctormun, for piloting the whole thing to its fantastic end. Thank you. We rocked this game. And I hope you're all enjoying it half as much as I am.

... And if you're not, now would be an ideal time to say. ._.; Personally my HMD post is up here, finally, and open for any who would be so kind.

Earth 12 Episode Guide

[info]brat_wonder
Eps 1-4. )

Let me know if you think I have neglected anything, my loyal chatroom chums.

--- ETA ---

Episode 5: Stark Raving Sane
[Part 1: Who Turned On the Sanity?]

The night after the party, Delirium disappears. On top of that, thanks to a new arrival (Larxene), Gotham has a blackout.
Several people (Robin) respond with (Akito) variations on a common theme: (Doctor) "oh, shit." (Ted!Beetle)
The Bats pow-wow. The Doctor leaves a Note.
The lasting effects of her absence (Kitten) make themselves known (Hiro: arrival) in varied and interesting ways (Lobsang) over the next several days. (Tim n' Dick.)
Kitten makes "friends": first with Hiro and then with Babs. A pair of new arrivals (Tao) pop up in this quiet time. (Shouta) Larxene can't play without crazy people.
But not to worry, fair maiden!! The Doctor and Booster Gold are ON THE CASE, and enlisting help. ... aren't they? Ted? ... Doc?
Oh, THAT'S ominous.

[Part 2: Ninjas Can't Catch a Break]

Well, the Doctor went investigating. And in his absence, Booster was promptly seduced.
And then the duplicates showed up: double the Dick, double your fun! Double the Tim, uh, double your ninjas?
Wait. Ninjas?
Shouta: Oh? Ninjas.
Tao: Omgwtf!? Ninjas!!
Lobsang: Ah. Er. Ninjas. Um. Ah.
Larxene: Oh, ninjas~ ♥
Shouta and the Doc: Why, ninjas!!
(Meanwhile, ever-so sneakily, it's now triple the Dick! And triple the Robin. Oh boy.)

[Part 3: Your Sudden But Inevitable Betrayal]

Robin: Man, Gotham's quiet.
Akito: My life sucks and I want my insanity back :c
Booster: Hey, guys. We're in Cardiff. Wales. Just- just get here. I'll explain when you land. Yes, you. No, you too. All of you. AW C'MON, TED. ... please?
FINAL BATTLE: Wales, Cardiff, Casa Del Ghul. Booster, the Bats, the Beetles, the Doctor, Shouta, and Talia Al Ghul.
(It's pretty epic you guys. Both sides present their dramatic case. The Doctor's side wins for drama. Talia wigs out. The Wings stroke each others' egos. Blue and Gold reunite. The Robins talk about their feelings. ... But only because it was the fate the universe at stake okay.)
Epilogue: Nightman gets his brood on. And Timothy stops by, to see what he can do.
