who: Leah & Emily what: Hanging out when: Sunday afternoon where: Emily and Sam's place rating: Nothing serious, PG at the most.
Leah launched herself onto the couch, sprawling her body along it's width before looking over at her cousin with a smile, "What'd you think about the wedding yesterday?"
She'd just come over for a visit a couple minutes prior, not having anything better to do on the Sunday since she didn't have work, and she didn't feel like being at home. Leah was happy and content with the fact that she could come over to Emily and Sam's without feeling that weight upon her chest that had always attacked her before. Time had a way of freeing one from their personal demons and heart aches; she was grateful that she could be at a place where she didn't feel like shooting herself every time she saw the two love birds together. Nor did she harbor any hate or jealousy toward her cousin anymore. Sam was another story, because she found herself still a little bitter toward him(though she'd learned how to conceal it), but what overruled that was the fact that throughout the years, she'd come to realize that he really wasn't what she wanted or needed.
Most importantly, she was just happy that she and Ems could return to their old state of sisterly love, she'd missed being close to her cousin...
