who: Ash and OPEN what: Ash can't reach the top shelf....what will she do? when: Friday Early Afternoon where: Grocery Store rating: PG (Ash is too nice)
Ash really didn't mind doing the grocery shopping for her dad. She would go and get everything quicker than he ever did. That didn't mean that she didn't get a little miffed when her dad put certain things on the list that she didn't like, or that when she found items that they needed and she couldn't reach them. Ash hadn't grown any more than she had been at 16. Now, at 20 she was still incredibly tiny. There were a lot of differences now. She was more confident in herself, she didn't wear her glasses all the time, her hair had lightened up some, and she was more confident in herself. That didn't mean her size didn't annoy her.
She'd gotten everything on the list except for two things. The two things she hadn't gotten were on the top shelf at the grocery. Ash stood next to the grocery cart, teeth worrying her bottom lip as she stared up at the shelf. Her sneakers didn't give her any added height. She didn't have a problem asking for help. The only problem was she wasn't exactly sure whether any of the employees were. Sighing Ash shoved a hand through her hair and got onto her tip toes while reaching upward, though it didn't get her anywhere.
"Ugh, where's Brady when you need him?"
Ash muttered to herself as she looked around, ready to go find someone to help her get the last few items she needed so she could go home.
