Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
Who: Brady and Ash
What: Mmmm....little dinner, probably some video games, who knows?
Where: Brady's house, and somewhere to eat, and then back to Brady's
When: February 18
Rating: PG-13 at most
Status: Thread // Incomplete.

Ash didn't have anything for the day, absolutely nothing. She didn't have to watch Amber, and she didn't have any homework or anything. She was pretty happy about that. Generally, when she had days like this where she didn't have anything to do, she knew exactly what she wanted to do with the free time too. She'd called Brady ahead of time to let him know that she was on her way, she'd waited until she knew he wasn't going to be in school, and told him she was free, so they were going to go get something to eat. She was glad too, she felt like sometimes she didn't spend enough time with him anymore, even though they had been together for some time now. She didn't neglect him, that was certain.

Ash had stuck in a random CD and the music was low as she drove to her boyfriend's house. She still had on the long-sleeved shirt she'd worn to class that morning, as well as the jeans. Her glasses were at home today, though, she was wearing her contacts. She was casual, her hair left down and slightly curly. Tapping her fingers on the steering wheel, Ash was careful as she pulled up in front of Brady's house. She knew he'd be looking for her to pull up. She put the car into park and pressed the release button on her seat belt before hopping over in a quick movement, into the passenger's seat. Brady was going to be driving.

Ash settled down and pushed her hair back out of her face as she settled back and pulled her seat belt, buckling it and waiting on her wonderful boyfriend to make his way outside. She was kind of hungry, and if she was hungry, he'd probably eat a ton when they went to eat.

Unlike Ashley, he still had to attend school on a set schedule every single day. Being in high school really did suck when your girlfriend had already graduated. Not that he should have complained. He still got to spend time with Ash just about any time he wanted (within reason and not including the time during school hours). The school day was over, so he was more than happy when she'd called him telling him that she was on her way. Grinning, he told her that he'd be waiting for her to get there and that he couldn't wait to see her. It was the truth! Sometimes it did seem like they didn't spend enough time together, but that was only because they were both busy. But by no means busy enough that they neglected each other. That would have been a complete and total shame.

Brady finished the rest of the chores around the house while he waited for Ash to get to his house. His parents were going out since they didn't have to worry as much about leaving him alone. Once everything was done, he pulled a plain gray t-shirt on. He couldn't very well go out with no shirt on, even if he had an awesome six pack worthy of being shown off. Looking out the window she saw Ash pull up out front and, smiling all the while, went outside and hopped into the driver seat of her car.

"Hey beautiful. How are you?" He asked, pulling the car door shut and of course not bothering with the seat belt. He was near indestructible, remember?

Ash was comfortably tucked into the passenger seat when she saw Brady bouncing out to her car and then he was sliding into the driver's seat. She grinned.

"I'm good, even better now. I'm with my favorite person."

She told him, leaning over and kissing his cheek and poking him in the arm.

"Seat belt, Brady."

She reminded him as she settled, leaning back against her seat comfortably.

"That's very good to hear. Both things. Even if I already knew that I was your favorite person." He smiled when she kissed him on the cheek. When she poked him, however, she poked her back and tickled her a little bit. That was one thing that hadn't changed. Ash was still as ticklish as anything. It made her all that more adorable to him, just like it always had.

Her reminder about the seat belt made him remember that she still didn't know about him being a wolf. It made him inwardly kick himself. He would have to tell her sooner rather than later. Brady cared about her so much and it really wasn't fair that she didn't know all of who he was. The part of being from La Push that made him so special.

"Right, right. Thanks, babe." He buckled the seat belt before leaning over to kiss her softly on the lips. Then, he put the car in gear and soon enough they were off. "So...what do you feel like eating? Pizza, burgers...whatever you want."

Ash and Brady had been friends for so long, and then progressing into dating. It really was just something normal for them. She still talked to him, they still cuddled, now they kissed, though, and she did love him. They were close, and they just fit.

"You need reminded every once in a while."

She told him and squirmed, giggling when he tickled her, pushing his hand away automatically. He'd always been able to get her, and she'd always hated it, sort of. Ash watched as he put his seat belt on, grinning when he leaned over to kiss her. Yup, she'd never get tired of that.

"Mmmm, pizza."

She said, licking her lips playfully and winking.

It really was natural, how they'd gone from being friends and then on to being girlfriend and boyfriend. And of course it helped that they'd liked each other...minus the fact that they'd gone through that awkward period of not wanting to voice their real feelings. It had all worked out in the end, though. They made a good couple. They still talked, still cuddled. But of course now there were kisses and other things involved. And love. The two of them just fit together so perfectly.

"Maybe so. Not to say that I don't like being reminded."

He grinned as he tickled her. When she batted his hand away he stopped, though. That was one thing that hadn't changed. Ash was still as ticklish as anything. And plenty easy to get. Just one more thing that he loved about her.

"Pizza it is." He could totally go for a whole pie. And that wasn't even a joke. Once they were on the move (thanks to his awesome driving skills), he looked over and asked her another question.

"So, do you want to eat at the place? Or just get the pizza and go back to my house? Your wish is my command."

Brady had changed some, physically. He was much taller than Ash, and he was larger, but he was still the cuddly boy that she'd used as her pillow when she was younger. Not that he hadn't matured any, but he wasn't much different. And he hadn't changed a whole bunch. She loved Brady how he was. She liked fitting into his life so easily, and she liked the fact that he fit into her's and he was loving and cared.

"I just like reminding you, mainly."

She told him. She was ticklish, maybe even more so now than she had been and Brady knew every spot too. She laughed every time, and she still had trouble getting him back, but then again he was bigger and she couldn't hold him down very easily. Either way, both were as playful as ever.

"I haven't had any pizza in a while."

Ash stated with a grin, turning and looking at him when he turned.

"Lets just get it and go back to your house, we can watch a movie and I can kick your butt in a videogame."

She stated with a big grin.

He'd changed a bunch on the outside. Sure, he'd been taller than Ash to begin with, but now he was even taller. Not to mention that he was even more built. Five years tended to do that to a guy. Still, Brady was still a cuddly teddy bear at heart. Complete with being her personal pillow, too. Personality wise he wasn't too different, though he had matured a little. He was glad that she loved him just the way he was. They both fit into each other's lives so easily, like matching puzzle pieces.

"Well I'm glad you do."

She'd never be able to keep him from tickling her. Unless she revoked kissing privileges. That would get him to stop immediately. Otherwise, he would just that knowledge of her ticklish spots to his advantage without her interference. Someone as tiny as her couldn't hold down someone as big as him. At least not very easily.

"That is a travesty. I mean really, how could you live without pizza."

They were just about at the pizza place when she spoke again. "Sounds good to me. Well, minus the last part. I'm the one who wins at videogames!"

He poked her one last time as they came up to the pizza place. "Alright, let's go get that pizza."

Ash had changed too, though. At one point her hair had been longer and curly, she'd had it cut since. She wore contacts now too, more often than she ever had before. And she had grown up a bit more, she wasn't as naive, though she was still small, she hadn't gotten any taller. Even as tiny as she was she still fit perfectly against Brady and he was still her teddy bear. They seemed strange together sometimes, but it really was a match.

"It's because I'm your's too."

She stated with a grin. Brady doted on Ash when it came to certain things. Really, if she threatened to revoke kisses, he listened. She wasn't really too mean, often. She had to use what she had, though, since he was so much bigger than her.

"I don't know, Brady, I don't know, probably because I've been eating other food, though it wasn't as good as pizza."

She told him and grinned at his words.

"Not all the time! I win too."

And she did when she distracted him. Ash squirmed at the poke and stuck her tongue out at him.

"Mmmm, pepperoni pizza sounds really good."

She stated, unbuckling her seat belt eagerly.
