You can promot your community just make sure it's a com based on due-south. Or is related to it's stars and their somtimes others roles. Example(a com on Hard Core Logo is fine cause CR was in it). As you can see we don't have a lot of rules but we do stick to some main concerns that most communties have. There is not a mod per-say just post or not. Challenges are premitted but are not necessary to remain here. (1) linking to outside sites is fine.. as long as it fits the DS Theme. (2) Het is alowed so long as it is not the main pairing.
