Who: Harry and Ginny When: Wednesday Where: Their flat Rating: TBD
Unlike most newly married women, Ginny was not relaxing on a beach somewhere, enjoying her honeymoon. She and Harry had agreed that with everything going on right now, taking a holiday wouldn't be the best idea. It was one of the sacrifices of being married to 'the Chosen One', but Ginny didn't really mind it. It was almost as if nothing had changed, really, except for her last name and the solid bands they both now wore on their left hands. Of course, that didn't stop the stupid grin from creeping back up on her face everytime she had to stop and correct Gwenog when she hollered 'Weasley' instead of 'Potter'. She could have let it slide, but Ginny really preferred her new name over her old one. Plus, annoying her Captain was always fun, even if it meant a few extra laps here and there.
She was running a bit later than usual today though, because of those extra laps. And she thought maybe they'd made her a little nauseous.. or maybe the nausea had started before practice, she couldn't be sure. Either way, she came in through the door expecting an empty flat and was surprised to see Harry sprawled across the couch, looking deep in thought over a piece of parchment in his hand. Instead of sprinting for the loo, she took a few deep breaths before moving, not wanting to worry him right away.
"You're home early," she remarked, trying to keep a slow pace as she walked behind the couch on her way to the bathroom, dropping a kiss on the top of his head.
