Re: Near the edge of the roof Thwack went a pair of plastic cuffs around Meredith's wrist. "Excuse me, Ma'am, but we're going to have to see an ID." A sweet, tiny voice sounded and when Meredith looked up she'd see a girl who looked barely sixteen with aviators, a green apple cocktail dress and a neon green glowstick wrapped around her head like a crown. She was adorable, but in her head she sounded like some tough cop that didn't take no shit from nobody's. She snapped her gum loudly with the attitude of a six year old trying to be an adult.
"I'm undercover cop Officer Blubberbuss and this is my associate, Officer Krispie." The girl pointed over her shoulder at a surprisingly handsome man that seemed to be playing along. "Krispie, show her your badge. I don't think she understands the gravitas of the situation." Officer Bluberbuss titled her head forward, letting her aviators slide down her nose to eye the suspicious red head.
